I was channel surfing while waiting on the wife to get ready to go out and stumbled across it. Needless to say once I found it the wife was ready so I didn't get to watch the whole show. Did anyone happen to TIVO this? I'd love to see the whole thing.

Yeah, Jay I think I have it tivo'ed. Let me start by saying that I love Good Eats and thing very highly of Alton. I have seen it before and I had to take exception with a few of his steps. Just a couple examples would be that he uses ice in his fermentor to cool down the wort. He also tells us that when you add hops at the end of the boil it is called "Dry Hopping". I would sugged you check it out but it you have much experiance in home brewing at all you will not get much out of it.
