Just a place to let everyone know what I am up to and what may or may not be comming out of my bottles.

Red Knight Brews

So I am working on a plan of sorts. I have been looking around for ideas to build a brewing system and really like either a two teir or one teir system with a pump. Wanting to keep it on the simple side though. Just something to make the brew day more fun and enjoyable. So I was getting my BBQ pit/smoker out and ready for the Super Bowl, I have the big trailor kind, and a thought struck me. Why not put this brewing system on a trailor so I could bring it to club brews and demos, if we ever get to do one. I just wanted to ask you all for ideas and any thoughts you might have on this. Help me? Beau

Brewing Weekend
By RedKnight on 3/29/2006 8:42 AM
I had the chance to teach my brother-in-law to brew this weekend. Ha asked me about it so we went up to The Hombrewery and picked up a couple of kits and supplies, went back to his place, had a couple of my last batch, and brewed some beer. He made a nice Brown Ale that is fermenting nicely and I mixed up a Honey Wheat that had the strongest fermenatation I think I have ever seen. It is still being cleaned up from the closet floor where it came out the airlock. I am wanting to do some more brewing next weekend, I am thinking about my first all grain and would love to get a couple of guys to come out and brew with me, I might need some help.
